Overall clean place & caring and attentive staff at all times. Nice room with air con, a smart phone, for example. Breakfast with a fixed rate and baked breads, for instance. Excellent and unbeatable location, in central old town. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The Superior Room Shower offered spacious comfort in a central location. The street noise made sleeping difficult.

Location: the hotel was so close to a very nice style- palace as well as fine restaurants. It also was right in the city center.
As for me, the area was really loud.

The hotel was lovely, very central location and the staff were more than helpfull, we had a really lovely stay.
It was a little bit quiet at night as there was no bar to go to at the end of the evening.

This is a rather old-fashioned hotel but none the worse for that. The location is excellent, close to the Royal Palace and in the heart of the old town, with a plentiful supply of independent eclectic shops and restaurants close at hand. Our bedroom was large and well furnished in antique style, with a very large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and modernised, with everything working well. Front of house staff were knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Some of the characteristics of the four star chain hotels were absent, such as a minibar and a cooked breakfast option, but the Palais more than compensates for that through location and charm.

The location was perfect! Just steps from bakeries and the city center. Room was spacious with a comfy bed. Only downside was the street noise at night 😅

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was spatious and beautifully decorated. The hotel location was very convenient; it was only a few hundred meters from my meeting.
The breakfast buffet was an unpleasant surprise and not up the standard of the hotel. It would be fair to expect a choice of hot dishes. Teabags for the tea were kept in a container on the table that had been used for garbage by the previous guest and the waitress expected me to take a teabag from the same container - which I refused. The serving spoon of the yoghurt was flat, so after 4 scoops the bowl was still nearly empty.

Excellent location in the heart of The Hague, spacious rooms with vintage decor, quaint and cozy lounge area
The noise from the street is unbearable. I barely slept!!! The outdated decor and furniture could use an urgent refresh!!! Limited toiletries and weak Wi-Fi connectivity just add to the frustration!!!

Room 307 The window did not close tight - and this at the end of November (!) so the room felt colder than the bathroom. I had to hide under the blankets for 179 euros you give me this ??!!! Come on... No more and never again Breakfast choices very poor , compared to Hotel LaVille which at least tied to compensate with its breakfast choices but had a deafening construction site in front.
